Hi, im using the last version of form maker, and using joomla version: 3.3.6
but submitt button don't send the message when i click.
i need fix that.
i test form maker on joomla 3.3.3, and worked perfectly.
that have something to do with the version of the joomla?

I also have this issue, along with the simple captcha one.

It's really frustrating as I can't find any explanation anywhere for the issue arising. The form worked perfectly well when I first created it several Joomla updates ago, but at some stage it stopped working - the submit button and the simple captcha.

If there is a solution, can someone please post it here???

I've had the same problem and found that I wasn't setting the email in the back end to send the submissions too.
