I bought Form Maker on September 10th and downloaded the latest version for Joomla 2.5.

I set up my first form and it worked fine, the submissions went to the email I specified and I could check the submissions in the back end too.

However, I've since set up more forms and things have stopped working properly. I'm not receiving email notifications for the new form and when I click on the submissions tab in the back end it times out so I have no way to view the submissions at all which essentially makes everything useless.

This site is for a client and so I really need to get it sorted as soon as possible.

Please update the extension to the latest version and the issue with the submissions should be fixed.
As for the issue with emails:
First of all please make sure the email is not filtered to the spam or junk email folder.

- Try using another email address
- Possibly your hosting does not have sendmail enabled. Please contact your hosting provider.
- Alternatively, you can use SMTP, which should always work.

Setting an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. But GMail requires authentication.

SMTP Password: your gmail password

I'll try updating the extension for submissions, is the one available to download in my purchases the most recent one?

The problem definitely isn't sendmail or my hosting. I just setup a basic Chronoforms form and received the notification email instantly.

I've also checked spam mail and tried using both gmail addresses and the email addresses setup from the domain name.
