I have fields marked as Required however when I test forum submission leaving those fields blank i am still able to submit the form.

Right now I have Paypal option set to test mode if that information helps.

Fantastic, its working now. Where did you have to fix this? was it in issue with the form or a compatibility issue with my theme? or did i have a setting incorrect somewhere?

We have not done anything. WE have opened the page and it was working as it should from the beginning.

Very interesting... I have the test emails in my inbox where i clicked submit with blank required fields and the email has blank fields and couldn't get it to work. After our email convo its now mysteriously working.
