Hi, I am building a support interface with Form Maker and I have a couple of questions. Is it possible to, depending on which choice they do in with radiobuttons or whatever to have the form be sent to different recipients? We use OTRS to handle our support and we want to have the mails redirected to the correct cue depending och choices.

If we want the "reply e-mail" to be the one who sent the mail, do we just leave the "reply" field empty?

How much would it cost us to have that functionality implemented? Your form maker has loads of benefits when it comes to exporting data and collecting statistics at the same time as we get can get the mails to the correct place.
