Hi guys,

One of my forms has started throwing an error (1146 if I remember rightly). The error message says:

Table 'database_name.prefix_formmaker_query' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM J3_formmaker_query WHERE form_id=11

The table "prefix_formmaker_query" doesn't exist in my database.

I'm running version 3.4 and have upgraded upon each new release. I do not know when the error first appeared.

Co-incidentally (maybe), I am unable to access any forms submission in admin, although I can access the rest of the component's features.

Just an update as I've got things partially working in that form submission works.

As said in my original post, the "prefix_formmaker_query" table was missing from my database. I've created it by running the following SQL command, the code being taken from the install.mysql.sql file in the "com_formmaker" part of the package:

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `prefix_formmaker_query` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
  `form_id` int(11) NOT NULL,
  `query` text NOT NULL,
  `details` text NOT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB  DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 AUTO_INCREMENT=1 ;
