On aid1010.com/index.php/specials I have created 2 forms, the top one just a static form and the bottom one with Form Maker. Is there a way I can make the top form in Form Maker and connect the 2? I do need the style created in the top form or something close to it.

I would basically like one form that when submitted goes to a specific email with the order attached.

Unfortunately it is not possible to connect these two forms. You should create the whole form only with Form Maker.
