Where'd the select theme option go?

I just installed the paid version and now I don't seem to have a way to change the theme on a form. I have two Form Options buttons, but those direct to the same screen which does not have a way to specify the theme either.
Where'd my change themes option go?

Dear Terry,
If you go to your form "Form Options" you can find "Theme" dropdown list in "General Options" tab.
