I am having difficulties using the Form Maker on Joomla. I notice in the forums the advice is to look for other JavaScript errors, but even after using Protostar or other vanilla templates I am still seeing the error. I notice that your demo server is using Joomla 3.2. My version is Joomla 3.8. Are there any known issues with Joomla 3.8?

Thanks for the quick response! As you suggested, we have updated the Google Maps API key. However, the calendar will still not update the text field. (Note: adding a date by typing it still works, it's the pop-up calendar that encounters an error and has no response.)

Any other suggestions to try?
