I have created a feedback form that is on a number of different pages of my client's website (18 pages).

I would like to track which page the user was on when they completed the form.

Is it possible to add some kind of code that automatically adds the feedback form's page URL to the email notification that admin receives?

I don't want to have to create a feedback form for each different page.

You can create a hidden field and write a custom javascript that fills hidden field with PageURL

Thanks for your help, but the hidden field is not showing in the admin email.

Here are the values in the hidden field:

Field ID: 12_elementform_id_temp
Field Name: URL of Feedback Form
Field Value: document.getElementById('12_elementform_id_temp').val(window.location.href)

I have added this to the admin email:

%URL of Feedback Form%

As mentioned, nothing is showing up in the admin email.

Please let me know what I have to do to correct this.
