"Email to send submissions to" not receiving email

I have three email addresses specified for "Email to send submissions to", and none of them receive a copy of the sender's email.

[email protected] = a Gmail account
[email protected], = cableone account
[email protected] = hosted domain account (via godaddy.com)

In my test of the contact form maker on the live site ( tarotreadingsbymarthareed.com/contact-me...ule-a-tarot-session/ ), I receive a copy of the email as the sender, but not as the admin (as specified under "Email to send submissions to." I've tried specifying just one email address vs. three and neither approach works.

How do I fix this?
