Hi. I installed form maker on my site, but after update when submit a request i receive "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR".
I've tried to change permission on folders, but nothing, the problem persists. Can you help me?

My actual Version is 1.7.25. I done two upgrade because I had this problem with the first upgrade.
