Deleted question continues to appear in FAQ

My FAQ page is at www.itstime2015.com/faq/ .

The bottom question is "Registration refunds". I have deleted this question from the web site, and do not want it to appear. This question no longer exists in the system, is not visible in the list of questions on the Spider FAQ admin page. However, this nonexistent question continues to appear on the live web site. This appears to be a bug in Spider FAQ.

Do you use caching plugin ? If yes, please flush cache from there.

I do not use cache plugin. Nothing to flush.
