I've had several form submissions and payments since I started using this plugin. Most have worked successfully, but a handful say that the payment is "In Progress" and this never changes. (It's been a few weeks.) There is no evidence of a payment pending in my PayPal account. What is the problem and how do I fix it? I'm perplexed since it is only problematic on a handful of submissions.
