I am using the latest Form Maker in a Wordpress site.

Under the Services menu, the are 2 forms
-http://connected-careers.com/our-services/free-resume-critique/ and
connected-careers.com/our-services/request-a-quote/ . On the
Mac/Apple these forms are beautiful. They work and look exactly as
they should in Firefox and Safari. Please view that way to see where
I am having the problem I am about ti describe.

Our problem is in Windows Internet Explorer 9. This is from my client

"There appears to be a problem with the forms if you're using Internet
Explorer 9. They work on Chrome and on Safari, but not IE 9. The
forms don't appear right, plus you can't upload a resume."

As you can see the text is all off, there is no borders around the
input boxes and you are not able to upload a file.

I am not sure if this is happening in newer IE browsers (IE 10 & 11) as I don't
have a way to test this.

Can you look into this for us and offer a solution?

I have given you back end access before, but I am sending it again via Support Email.
