Hello!
I am on WP 4.0, with Contact Form Maker version 1.7.19.
I recently migrated this site to a new hosting provider, then updated WP and all plugins.
Not sure if the issue is due to the site migration or the updates.

Issue: short code is showing on the Page rather than the actual form. This was working previously.
Not sure if it is a permissions issue or what.

I do realize a lot of responses are to offer to 'fix' this for us by granting temporary admin permissions to the site, however, I would really like to know how to fix this myself so if it happens again, I know what to do!
Is there anything specific I can check?

Please be informed, that these issues are unique on each website. The problem might be caused by a conflict with other plugins and/or the theme installed to your website. In order to fix the issue we need to take a look at the code of the plugin. That is why we need admin access.
