I have been using Form Maker for a couple of years now, and have never had any trouble. However, for the past week the admin email functionality has stopped working and I no longer receive any emails when a form is submitted. I cannot think of any reason why this would've happened since nothing else has changed. Please can anyone help me, or suggest what I should do?

Suprisingly the same problem accured with my website.....NEVER had any problems with it. Now when i fill in the form and sent it, nothing happens...it just reloads the form screen and i see an empty screen, but it doe not send the email....
