Hello!

I had some trouble with Form Maker (the icon was not showing in the page editing view, and I could not add forms to pages/posts) when I returned from my summer leave. When I checked my plugins, I saw that it was deactivated because the "header was not valid". I therefore updated the plugin, and now I get an error message saying "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." Can you help me and tell me what is wrong? Is every form I made earlier lost?

I have a similar problem. I just want to add a new form, and the form maker logo is not in edit post page for me to add it.
