first off - i am very pleased with Form Maker.

But - I want to make a checkbox field without a field label. i tried it once and my whole form got corrupted. i recreated the form, so its working now. i want to set up a "yes contact me" checkbox, and make it required, and have it all on one line. right now i have the field label and then the checkbox with a "yes contact me" for the option. if i was coding it in html it'd be easy.

it works the way i have it, but it looks funny, and the error message makes no sense since it just pulls in the field label.

Can you please give us a link to your form page and tell us what you want more detailed ? Do you want just to add a checkbox without label name ?
