Import of forms failed

Hello,
I've purchased the Import/Export Plugin and downloaded the xml file for several forms on one site. When trying to upload on the new site, I'm getting three errors for each one:
Entity: line 4065: parser error : attributes construct error in (file path) on line 79
*1***2***3***4***5***6***7***8***9***10***11***12***13***14***15" w_columns="*** in (file path) on line 79
^ in (file path) on line 79
Any suggestions? I believe both versions of FormMaker are the same. Thanks!

Well I narrowed it down to the one form that was kicking out the error and emailed the XML file yesterday morning. I still haven't heard back from that, but it now that I've imported the other forms I'm having more problems.
Some of the alignment is off from where it was on the original site. When I go into a form to try and edit anything, when I finish that field and I'm returned to the form itself, everything below where I was editing is broken.
Additionally, when viewing some forms on the website itself, I see all of the editing buttons, but you can't fill any fields or submit the form.
